Discord says its September patch work includes a React Native upgrade for mobile, an Electron 42 upgrade for desktop, and desktop rendering optimizations. The company reports roughly 5% lower average CPU usage and 5% faster launches on Android and iOS, plus about 17% better p50 desktop CPU usage with a small 4% increase in p50 memory usage.
What users should do
